PROBLEM

In 2023 Netflix premiered one of their biggest shows Queen Charlotte from a Bridgerton story. The client asked us to come up with an event for fans and influencers where they could feel part of this royal world. The other request they had was to integrate music as part of the whole experience as this show is known for it’s amazing covers.

INSIGHT

Recreating the Queen Charlotte world in reality is not enough to make you feel part of it, we needed experiential acts that would involve them.

SOLUTION

“The Royal Soirée” took place at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam a concert hall in order to integrate the musical part, the big hall was reserved for an Orchestra but there were musicians at every corner. To make our guests feel as part of the show we casted actors to talk to them in Bridgerton style, we had a royal acrobat from a scene in the show and even a calligraphist that would write their names in cursive all of whom where in full costume. When everyone arrived to the venue they couldn’t help but feel like royal.
