PROBLEM

The Takeover is a Dutch movie that Netflix wanted to boost with an activation. The brief was simple we need OOH, an activation and it needs to be about hackers. So how do we do hacking with the OOH?

INSIGHT

We hacked the DOOH!

SOLUTION

As the title suggests we decided to literally take over every OOH in train/tram stations in the Netherlands with a video editing that looked like it was glitching and someone has infiltrated the screen. One station was in Rotterdam which is where the movie was shot. On the day of the show premiering we hired an actor that disguised as hackers and we posted on social media a code, fans rushed to the train station to reveal the code to the hackers and win a Netflix goodie bag.
