PROBLEM

At the time Getir came to us the art direction for their ads was in-studio showing a relatable situation and their iconic groceries bag that came in to save the day. Now they were faced with the facts that the audience perceived them with lack of human touch. They then asked us for a solution to this while targeting a millennial audience and young families in the form of social ads.

INSIGHT

The face of Getir are the delivery drivers, that’s the face that mediate between the products and the consumer.

SOLUTION

In order to keep the relatability we still included the stories that the target audience resonated with like parents not having the time to go to the store, for example. Now the work was to reconnect the consumer to the brand, to do so we recreated the scene of a delivery driver coming to your door with your order and knocking on your door or in this case your screen.
